Actual CLT experience was rough. I've never seen the airport as bad in regards to security lines and wait. (For not being a holiday) A lot of folks missed their flight this morning. But wasnt offered a beverage somehow.

Just encouraging late fees and other issues. Total hostage situation, pay or you miss your flight. I love the free wifi and headrest screens. I would consider Delta even more because of this but the seats aren't so great. The snacks aren't very good in my opinion. I bought a Bloody Mary and that was great!

We left to get something to eat. No announcement was made but my daughter happened to asked and they told her our gate was moved to D12. Check in at Austin was congested as they only have about 6 check in kiosks, one was broken, and there was a lot of Spring Break travelers.

Over two hours wait to get wheelchair assistance from arrival to the departure gate for LA was unreasonable even though there appreared to be heavy demand.
The flight left late and because it was a short flight there was no first class amenities. The flight crew was fine, but it sure did not feel like first class. Delta to me dropped the ball by giving me a connecting flight.
